About Paul…

I’m a writer, consultant, mentor and leadership coach with more than three decades of experience building risk management programs in financial services. But more than that, I’m someone who’s spent years thinking deeply about what it means to lead well, and what happens when we don’t.

I believe that people are a company’s greatest asset, and often its greatest risk. That belief led me to devote much of my career to nurturing leadership potential, developing culture, and helping teams align around purpose and trust.

Through my book, Built on Purpose, I share the moments that shaped my leadership journey and the lessons that might shape yours.

On my site here, you can keep up with my leadership and culture practice and updates about my offerings in this space. You can watch and listen to my videos, interviews and podcast appearances. And you can follow along with my fun side ventures such as practical book publishing, ACC Road Trip and my writing about Virginia Tech athletics on Sons of Saturday.

If you’re curious about how we could work together, I’d love to hear from you.
