See Clearly | Weeks 1–3
Confidential one-on-one conversations with each member of your leadership team. No surveys, no forms. Real conversations designed to surface where alignment is strong, where it's breaking down and what's getting in the way of execution. The output is a Culture Snapshot: a clear, honest picture of where your team actually is.
Phase 2
Reset Together | Week 4
A facilitated half-day workshop with your full leadership team, built directly from the Culture Snapshot. We don't bring a generic agenda. We bring your team's specific themes, friction points, and opportunities. Leaders leave with shared clarity, concrete commitments, and a common language for moving forward.
Phase 3
Make It Stick | Months 2–3
Culture doesn't change in a single workshop. Monthly follow-through sessions keep momentum alive, surface what's working and what isn't, and hold the team accountable to what they committed to. This is the time when many engagements fail, and where this one doesn't.

Investment: $10,000
This is a founding client rate. A limited number of engagements at this preferred rate while I build out case studies and testimonials. Standard pricing moves to $15,000–$18,000 following initial engagements.

The PLG Advisory Retainer is a monthly engagement that combines structured check-ins with direct access to an experienced advisor who has spent 30+ years navigating exactly the kinds of challenges senior leaders face.
